For the first round of the NCAA playoffs this Sunday, the Lehigh University women’s basketball team will be playing against Iowa State on its home floor in Ames, Iowa.

The Patriot League champion Mountain Hawks is the 13th seed while Iowa State is the 4th seed. The former were moved up two notches from last season by the NCAA committee due to their Patriot league record for victories in a season.  “I’d say a 13 seed is pretty accurate,” senior guard Kristen Dalton stated.
